Yoga and 2 days of weights (the leg weights day fell by the wayside), plus 3 days of running. I love the ideal of yoga and pilates mixed and using body weight. I'm like you I like to know I got a workout by sweating a lot. I'm just now figuring out that I actually might love yoga. Its so much hard than I thought, that is if you try some of the harder poses. Keep me informed if you try PIYO.
