I focused on getting stronger and doing the exercises my PT gave me. I was finally able to start running but only 1 minute to 5 minutes walking. Let me tell you one minute would go by too fast! I was out pretty much all of F...I know the feeling. I was out pretty much all of Feb and Mar with an achilles injury. I actually didn't lose all that much aerobic capacity, but am it's definitely taking time to get some strength back. It was a good kick in the butt for me though and a reminder of some little things I need to be keeping up with. I ended up not losing too much fitness from the injury. I feel your pain with having to quit running cold turkey, but rest assured you'll be better off letting it heal 100% than rushing it. I'm tor...Ok, so we're back at a stalemate. <br />I'm torturing myself lately- a new sparkle skirt came today that I ordered last week, and I feel like I'm 95% better, which makes it soooo hard not to at least try jogging down the driveway! UGH. 23 more days for me. At least I can resume yoga. <br />Here's hoping you get this figured out sooner than later....
