It seemed like fitness wise you had a PR in you, but I didn&#39;t know if you were going to be able to run the race due to your knee. Glad that everything worked out, sounds like the race went perfect. <br /><br />Great job on reining yourself in at the start, that really pays off at the end, seems like you passed a lot of people near the end. <br /><br />It doesn&#39;t seem like you really hit the wall that bad, just seems like you slowed down just a tad.
