It's been freezing here, and my threshold (as recently discovered) is 30 degrees. Below that (and/or with a lot of wind), I'm running on the dreadmill. :-)

I think I'm sore from reading about the burpees. Reminds me of the time that the personal trainer put me through all that. You'll be the better for it though! You're right, a good kinda sore! I was happy to get back to blogging and see Cola! My favorite blog dog!
