I might not attempt 13...You are a machine lady! :)<br /><br />I might not attempt 13+ miles after a really hard 6, but I'd definitely continue the working out. After my half yesterday, I plan to do 90 minutes hot yoga today to get the blood flowing through the muscles again. OK.....I am having the same problem with my camera!<br /><br />OK...I am still pretty inexperienced with the race/long run thing.
