Awesome getting out there even though you didn't feel too great! Don't feel too bad about the cake. I'm sure it went straight to your 6-pack and you probably look more ripped than usual now! I ate about 2 cups worth of salty cashew last night and feel absolutely disgusting. I am so dehydrated and have the worst stomach cramps. We live, we learn, right?

I'm feeling you on the gross feeling after eating like crap. And now here I sit and eat chips and salsa. Great running! I know what 8:15 feels like on the treadmill and that's a good pace. :) I've been running so much on the treadmill lately but I do miss the outdoors a bit.

maybe all the sugar in the cake got the blood pumping! the frost is really beautiful, we haven't really had a frost here yet this season. there was one teeny snow dusting last friday and thats it. tomorrow its supposed to be in the 50's, which is really odd.

I agree that 20s are great for running, but the teens? Didn't do so well with that this a.m. Maybe because the sun hadn't come up yet for most of it? I was just....COLD.

Brrr! I've always been a slacker with really cold weather, and now am in Tx for 2 years and can skip the argument with myself. I love that running can have the detox effect... always makes me feel better, too.
