Ran after work today and of course had to take the dog...who happens to be a long haired, thick coat, Alaskan Malamute. Needless to say after yesterdays snow and todays warmer temps it was a complete mud show and my sneakers, and my dog, look like your sneakers! So now that the dog has started to dry the mud is all over my house!

I just got back in to bodyrock. i did it last night and this morning, and I forgot how great it makes you feel! i'm doing the 30 day challenge....we'll see how it goes.

But glad to see some Zuz!! I'll check that out!
