I was surprised not to see snow! I thought half the US was covered in the stuff by now. Sorry to hear you were sick. My 5 yo is going through something right now. She slept until 1pm today! So far no one else has gotten it. Fingers crossed. Good luck on the 5k!

I'll be running the 25th Annual GE Run Thru the Woods in The Woodlands, TX. It's a 5 miler. I've never run it, but it'll give me a chance to go visit my 93 year old mom and have turkey day lunch with her.

I kinda miss doing Turkey Trots! But we always spend Thanksgiving at my parents' house in the mountains, so there isn't a Turkey Trot within hours. Instead, mom and I always lace up and hit the trails in the morning before the cooking begins :)
