I am so jealous of your stretchiness. I am sooo not stretchy. I was working on that today too and didn't run or spin. My legs needed a break. Still trying to get that wheel pose.... I probably need to work on it more than once every other week. You former gymnasts make me so jealous!

It's rough! You'll get there! :) I'm dealing with a knee issue so my running has taken a backseat too... I'm focusing on stretching/foam rolling and sticking! It feels like it's working but I'm unsure as I haven't been running ;)
