This month I&#39;m focusing on pull ups. While doing my *assisted* (for now) pull ups the other day, my 3 year old said, &quot;Mommy, only boys do that! I started doing all of them. The ...You can do both. I started doing all of them. The push up, dips, sit ups and squat challenge. Just split them up. I do Mon-Wed-Fri Push ups and sit ups. Tue-Thu-Sat Dips &amp; squats. It really only takes about 10 minutes to finish. <br /><br />I stopped drinking coffee but am REALLY craving it right now :( I&#39;ll wait till the end of June to drink some again.
