I tried kombucha once - an epidemiologist friend of mine swears by it. I wrinkled my nose at the taste and haven't gone back for a second attempt. Maybe I'm missing something?

As for dive-bomber push ups. I think I learned those from Jillian Michaels (or BodyRock.TV)? Either way, they're a very recent addition to my workout knowledge.

I love Kombucha. The only thing about it that I do not love is the price $4.00 a bottle in my area. Sometimes I can get it as low as $3.00 but that's rare.
