Hope Mr Cola Dog is feeling better! I know exactly what you mean about feeling guilty for leaving him. CB knows when I'm going to go running (he know my running shoes I think?) and gets so excited... I feel terrible leaving him behind. I'm sure Cola soon forgets that you are out there running and enjoys resting in a nice warm environment :)

Poor Cola. I don't always take Bungee running and I always feel like a cheat when she gets super excited seeing me grab my sneakers, etc. I tend to bribe her with treats to not be mad at me.

Sorry to hear about Cola :( My dog has gone through 2 ACL surgeries and he can only manage to go for 1 mile walks at this point. Hate to see him suffering in pain when he ends up overusing his legs.

Poor Cola. It's good that he at least wants to go with you, but I'm sure as soon as you're gone, he probably lays back down and is thankfully he wasn't asked to run. He probably knows he needs to rest.
Glad the rest of Halloween was fun! Trick-or-treaters are too lazy to walk to the end of our street (seriously! And we're just 2 houses from the street I see them on!), so I took cupcakes my husband and the rest of the guys working on the base.
Prudence and Matt Lauer (my dogs) are sending Cola best wishes for a speedy recovery!
