My daughter would love a pink one! :)<br /><br />Definitely prepare for the heat. Run in it as much as possible, and learn to hydrate properly. I learned all of this in my last half, when it was so so so humid and I thought I might not make it. I didn&#39;t take full advantage of water stops and I regretted it by about mile 7. Oh ya and good plan not running it like a 5k, I did that too, didn&#39;t work out so well.
