BRR!! I had one pair of yurbuds that worked great, then from my second pair on they were a total fail... they keep slipping out, and I have been refitted more than once. Boo :(

Ugh, I hate my earbuds! I have just regular iPod ones and they kill my super tiny ear canals! Any suggestions would be awesome!

I have just regular ipod headphones, never had any problems with them, which is surprising because I have tiny ears.

You look so cute in your running clothes, I want to go to Costo to find a top like that.

And I always run more during weeks when I work less too!!! Have to force myself to hold back too haha.

I love all your snow runs. I got myself some thermal winter tights. do you think they'll hold up for the winter. I always want someone to write a post on winter running. *cough cough* Christy ;)

this will be my first winter running and so I have no idea what obstacles or things I need to know.

Way to get out there and run, even in the snow. I miss those snow covered mornings. They always seemed so quite, I loved it. Not a fan of the freezing cold though.
I always buy the cheap earbuds but I don't wear them that often.

I used to wear seinnheiser behind the head/over the ear ones because they couldn't fall out. But when I went to the Denver rock n roll expo knowing that race day was going to be freezing and I'd want a beanie (beanie + over the ear earphones = no good) I was in search for a pair of earbuds that don't fall out. I ended up purchasing Yurbuds. I got the ironman version ($50?) but they have a cheaper pair for about half the price and they don't fall out! I used to hate earbuds because none of them would ever stay in. But I love my Yurbuds! I've seen them at the apple store or at target. But I'd recommend emailing them so you can get fitted. You just have to send them a picture of your ear.
