LOVE it, I say! My daughter is almost as obsessed with BodyRock workouts as me. She even did a little workout yesterday that I took video of for my facebook page that had 16 sets of 10 second/5 second intervals and it is so much more efficient than trying to look at a clock or computer!<br /><br />I totally get what you mean about the peacefulness of no kids! Even with just one kid in the car yesterday instead of two...the difference was AMAZING!
