Can't wait to hear about it! I'm having the same hydration debate about my marathon next Sunday. I don't like to carry water in races, but I'm not sure about the aid station spacing in this race. I never carry my own water at a race, but have heard that some runners from other countries complaining about our sachet system - I guess we're just used to it?Karien P.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04259226111401453624noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-14676860032131237902014-09-04T18:28:45.116-06:002014-09-04T18:28:45.116-06:00When I'm just doing training runs, I set my iP...When I'm just doing training runs, I set my iPod to Autofill. It's always fun to see what pops up. (Hello, Macarena! LOL)

I've never carried my own water during a race. I always just walk through the aid station when I need something because I can't run and drink at the same time. So to keep the local paper from having to print "Local runner drowns on race course" as a headline, I walk.
Pam @ herbieontherun.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08198123992152626641noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-24268075288922228082014-09-04T12:07:27.760-06:002014-09-04T12:07:27.760-06:00I have GOT to get one of those Flipbelts!!! Wasn't a big fan of that belt either as I it would always bounce unless worn on my side hip. For past 2.5 years I've had the ifitness belt with bib holder and LOVE it. I don't feel it on and even better is I don't ever have to safety pin a bib on anymore!
