I too have some great coworkers. They flip each other off and call it our official workplace salute. And they hide cookies in each other's desk drawers. All in good fun. Glad to hear your quad is getting better. I just started taking a yoga class one night a week and I think it's helping my old stiff body.

Fun coworkers are the best! I'm going to have to do that to some of the girls I work with. haha! She's never away from her phone long enough for me to mess with it though. I would have to be pretty stealthy.
