Wow, you run fast! Good luck with the races - sounds great. I've done a Relay before but it was local. There's something about the allure of the Ragnar that makes me want to do it! I am with you on the 5K. I have been pacing a bunch of races and its been a while since I've gotten a PR at one. I should do it!

You've got a lot coming up for 2013. I had a friend run the inaugural colorado relay last year and it definitely challenges you both altitude and the hills, so its nice to have that test. I love relays and it doesn't look like (so far) I'm doing any for this year :(

5ks are pretty challenging to me because I go out too fast. I've only ran 1 10k in my life and it was horrible so I haven't repeated it, but I would venture to say that also would be a distance I don't like :)
