I've heard that about redheads, and also heard the opposite--that we have a higher tolerance for pain. I love that you nursed til 2.5... I wanted to make it til 2, but my daughter weaned herself around 14 months. Def agree with you on the running-kids connection. And to answer a question, I'd say the thing I hate about running is that it requires recovery time. I'd love to be running every day, but my body doesn't agree with me. :)

I enjoyed learning more about you! I would much rather run in the rain than in the wind! In the morning, I must have coffee, but I usually have a cup of tea in the afternoon while I'm working. This is especially necessary in the winter because my office gets so cold.

I can't say I'm big on luluman, mainly because it is too expensive, but my big thing is Reebok. I have a few of their things and will probably get more since they have an outlet that's pretty close to where I live.

Coming for someone without any kids, I've heard that the breastfeeding thing is really only abnormal by American standards. In some other countries, mothers may breastfeed much longer. I say, good for you!

Thanks for doing this. We do have a few things in common. And that picture of you pregnant, I think it is kinda cool that your belly was set a little lower than my boyfriend's cousins. Kinda cool to see the variation. I am assuming that's your baby's room in that picture. I like how it isn't all "babified" - you know .. coordinating colors, animals, etc.

My favorite candy is Peach Rings but the good kind. :)

I burn wicked candles when I am sitting in the room and turn on the Scentsy when I am all around the house.

I am avoiding going onto Lululemon's website. I love the crops I got but I am still having a difficult time spending money like that. Maybe I will get the next one during Christmas time :)

I have not done the random post but here are a few of mine. I have not visited Lululemon online or in person maybe I should those skirts are cute! I do not drink coffee or tea. As a reading teacher I could never pick one book!! I have never been outside of US unless you count Toronto for a day. My fav candy are york peppermint candy or almond joys!

Yes! To Germany and France (got to see the TdF!) and to China twice (once for sight seeing, once for adopting!)

I loved reading all your random facts. I used to love Little House on the Prarie, the books and the show!

I will answer a few questions. My favorite book is Les Mis or A Room with a View. I used to be a doggy paddler, and a bad one at that, until I signed up for my first tri. I really love that I learned to swim and it is a great thing to do for crosstraining. I love swimming the day after a long run. I totally recommend learning to swim...and also doing a tri!!
