First, you look great!

Second, Last winter I put on a lot of weight and I haven't lots more than like 4 or 5 lbs this whole year so I'm going to do all I can not to gain any more this winter. It does seem so difficult. I do have a treadmill but I'm definitely not nearly as motivated to hop on it and run than I am in the summer to get up and run outside. Blerg. Here's to hoping we stay smart and eat well :)

I've never tried fried green tom. Congrats to your sis! You look so cute in your skirt. And since I'll be marathon training this winter, I'll be trying to keep ON the weight so I don't get too skinny and sickly looking like I sometimes do but otherwise...yes, winter is always a time to put on weight. Glad you had a date night!

We've been having some lovely weather in Chitown this weekend too. Today I thought that is was still summer. Oooohhhh I love it, I don't know if I'll be able to let this beautiful weather go.

I love fried green tomatoes, but I too fear winter weight gain, especially holiday weight gain. At work we have this program where we form teams and try to show (as a group) a ZERO net weight gain during the six-week holiday period. I did this last year and it worked because we were doing it for each other as well as ourselves. Hopefully this (and marathon training) will keep my weight in check this year.
