Sweet deal, and sweet workouts. I haven't bought a kettle bell yet for the same reason that you didn't. I guess I should keep watching for a deal. They look cool, and I think they would be a lot of fun, but I don't see the advantage being as phenomenal as many proponents say.

I need to go to target TODAY and see if they have any on clearance here. I'm still a kettlebell virgin and that needs to change :) and man, I thought I did awesome with 100 push-ups in my previous workout. 140 is obviously a little awesome-er.

NICE! I'm going to have to check out our Target... I got my wimpy 7lb kettelbell on clearance, too (years ago), and have been waiting for a heavier one.
