There are literally HUNDREDS of them, all geared towards different body parts, HIIT, yoga, etc. TONS of choices, and I get to try out some new moves...<br /><br />We really have not had much of a winter this year. Not too cold and snowy (with the exception of a few weeks), but lately, it has been REALLY windy here too. Then where would the joy ...Don't cut out sugar! Then where would the joy in life be? :) I think the winter months are ok for gaining a little bit of weight. If anything, it'll keep you warmer.
