I can't believe they broke up...I go on and off their site, mostly just to drool over her body. I've only done one workout I think and it totally kicked my trash. Who knows...maybe they will work it out! Maybe I'll see Freddy around since he's back here now :)

I've done at least 10 races and will probably hit 12 by December and cringe when I start thinking about how much $$$ I've spent on entries, shoes, etc. But it was all worth it right!?! :)

I don't run the longer (half marathon) distances you do, but i'm all about some 5ks, 5 milers or 10ks and after 1.5 or so years of racing, i'm still seeing pr's. I like getting on the elliptical between runs - I do 1 min. sprints and work up a good sweat.

Good luck this weekend - I have no guesses on a costume. Can't wait to see pictures - sounds fun.
