I'm glad your runs have b...Great post, Christy! I'm glad your runs have been good. I try to run only 3-4 days a week, and yoga twice a week, strength training 3 times a week. I've had knee surgery and find that I have to spend a lot of time keeping my legs and hips strong so that I can keep running, skiing, and being active. When I race, I usually have an overall goal in mind while I'm training, then make a specific good/better/best goal as it gets closer to race day.
