It takes a mile or so to really get fully warmed up, but then there's something about it that does make it somehow seem easier. I can't explain it! Often, when it's super cold, I'll start by doing about a minute of jumping jacks to "jump start" (har har!) the warming process. I think it really helps! Keep up the good work! I really love your blog! :)Katie Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03755072181704429315noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-10299850744589676922014-11-11T07:55:14.512-07:002014-11-11T07:55:14.512-07:00Wow. The coldest it's gotten here is the 30s. I always find I warm-up between 1 and 2 miles....if I'm warm before mile 1, then I'm going to be too hot and if I'm still cold at mile 2, then I'm going to be cold!Beth @ RUNNING around my kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15613775976394277920noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-82832063764724629882014-11-11T05:01:10.460-07:002014-11-11T05:01:10.460-07:00The hardest part for me is the beginning of a cold...The hardest part for me is the beginning of a cold workout and the end - if my toes feel numb from the cold.
