hair is so hit or miss with me- I like it long because its curly and the length weighs down the curls and makes it easier to straighten (which is pretty much everyday) but it also gets too hot. Personally I think your hair looks cute, but i understand YOU are the one that has to be comfortable with it. At least its long enough for a pony tail instead of a nub ;)

Your hair color is beautiful! And, I'm with you on the sick recovery & how not great if feels to run. My heart rate is higher, & my lungs feel tight when I run. Hope you are feeling much better! I'm hoping to do a long run tomorrow, but the forecast is calling for 45 & rain. Doesn't that sound fun? ;-)

I *love* your hair! But I understand. I got my hair cut last month after not having done it since September. I looked like Tom Petty by the time I finally dealt with it (you look much better than an aging rock star, BTW).

I feel you on the recovery running. I was hoping to get out there for an hour this morning, but managed only 40 minutes before I decided I wanted to save my ammo for tomorrow's long run of 2 hours (which I'm determined to finish). Your mojo will return soon!

Oh, and today is the first day I've had serious sweet cravings. I have a stash of mint gum in my purse--should probably go chew some right now!

I haven't got a haircut since late December. I need one soon. My hair grows really fast tho so if I go to long between haircuts it starts to get really flat and has no body.

Love the hair. Mine looks much worse in the morning. I plan to run my "Grandma Lill's" virtual half this weekend. I hope the weather holds out. It is supposed to rain so I am trying to decide whether to run it today while it's dry. We'll see. Have a great weekend!

I am glad not to have to give up anything for Lent... I was always jealous of my Catholic friends as a kid cause they had so many days off school thanks to all the saints... but Lent was something I was never jealous of!
