I don't think any of us expect you to go out running in those temps - stay inside and keep warm!

I should show my appreciation more, because it does make your day to be appreciated. Yesterday I actually got a big hug from our new designer! She was so happy that her first designs were approved, and I'm chuffed that she recognises we're a team. This wasn't the case previously, and I think I like my job more already - maybe I'll stay 13 years too!
