I will be selfish and wicked if I don’t share this wonderful life changing testimony to people that I love and to those having similar problem.

My name is Alice Alfie from London, United Kingdom. 20th of February about 8:10pm after our dinner my husband mistakenly called me another familiar lady’s name which resulted to much arguments and fight, I was so mad and cried like a baby. He then left home immediately to meet with her after telling me the truth and never returned home that night and the next day. I immediately went to my friend when I noticed that it’s a spiritual case, she then introduced me to Dr. Dele Spiritual Temple who got some information from me and told me the reason why he never came back home. He then cast the love spell and told me that my husband will come back home within two days. Surprisingly, my husband came back home and apologized for cheating on me and thanked me for my effort to set him free from bondage.

I love that you do hill and telephone pole repeats! You are great at using what you have. Sometimes when it's cold I get lazy and go do hill repeats/intervals on the treadmill... but it's never as satisfying as going outside!

That's the stretch I have to do because one of my legs is significantly tighter than the other one. Thanks pregnancy. It really is great, though.

This is my favorite yoga pose so far too because I can actually do it, but also it really "opens" my hips as they stretch... if that makes sense. :)
