I try to do it twice a week to keep my body healthy, if I stop doing it for a while I notice that my body feels weaker. Maybe I'll get into different cross training (I should probably do spin class more often), or something else, but yoga is great for me right nowNellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11613262056157769496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-47493561282913787312014-05-29T05:37:41.995-06:002014-05-29T05:37:41.995-06:00That's awesome that yoga has been so helpful f...That's awesome that yoga has been so helpful for you! Congrats on such a triumphant return. I also appreciate yoga, and while I never really thought of it that way, you're right that yoga is good for running, but not the other way around. I haven't done yoga in a month and need to get back to it!Joannahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02603790455041808953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-92083580409129923062014-05-28T11:06:25.498-06:002014-05-28T11:06:25.498-06:00I agree, consistent yoga has been so helpful for m...I agree, consistent yoga has been so helpful for my running.<br />Do you ever to yoga before a run or always after? My schedule this Friday is such that if I want to get the yoga in, I need to do it before my 5 miler. Part of me feels like running after yoga will "cancel it out". The other part of me thinks it might be good to warm up the muscles.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02219457885959637135noreply@blogger.com
