Yep, I grew up on a dairy farm on the Oregon Coast. If you have ever heard of Tillamook Cheese, my dad's farm is one of the largest producers. I miss it, but it is always great to go home (I live about 8 hours away now). Even though I live in the city now, I will always be a dairy farmer's daughter. You can never take the country out of a girl. :-)

Did you grow up on a farm???? Usually people just saw "cows" so I figured you must be a farm girl if you can distinguish a "heifer" from a "cow". My pet peeve is when people say "baby cow". LOL. Have a great day! :-)

I thought that we were done with winter in NH, but we are getting a foot of snow. Figures it waited until March 1! xo!
PS...I love that you call "suckers" well...."suckers" here they say lollipops. the louisiana in me still says "suckers"
