It may just come with the terrority. i would just go to a PT and get it looked at. I think it will give some answers and hopefully peace of mind. Thats what I do anyway. I know how hard it is. I totally feel for you!! I would take a week off of running and then ease back into it and see how you feel. I also took an ice bath every day, spot iced, and foam rolled like a crazy lady. I generally am one to keep running if it is something minor that goes away within the first mile and doesn't get worse during/after a run, and I am really good about icing sore spots.
