i had to admit, i would be so scared to try to do intervals in snow--- i'm not the most graceful. I've seen in a few magazines there are spikes you can attach to running shoes if you live in snowy conditions,kind of interesting.

I gave up grains a few weeks ago at the advice of someone who is much more diet savvy than myself and I feel better. So much that I really notice that I don't have that "crash" feeling like I use to.

Cute top! It's actually 60 degrees right now here in Chicago, so summer is on my mind today...tomorrow will be a different story I'm sure. Can't even wrap my mind around intervals right now! Nice job in that snow, it'll make it that much easier when the footing is clear.

Nice job on the speedwork in the snow!! I'm impressed. I ran today and the roads were so icy, I felt so speedy when I'd hit parts of the road that had been salted. It was awesome.

Great job on the workout! I always like to look at pictures of snow because it is pretty. I just don't like to be out in it. Love the halter top! The color looks great on you. Doesn't Costco have the best workout gear? I am always bummed when there are no size smalls left. I hardly ever find anything, but when I do I usually stock up!
