When people ask (and it's for something that doesn't matter like a wait list at a restaurant) I just tell them "however you want to!". At least pronunciation isn't an issue. Though that is awesome that you get free exams and advice from the sports doctors where you work, that would be amazing!

I definitely would make sure that your knee feels 100% before doing the half marathon. Your attitude of not running unless it seems like its fully normal seems good to me. You don't want to jeopardize your fall running schedule.

Caitlin and Tri-Living Together both have good advice, if you can't put pressure on it that is not a good sign. Hopefully it is not a stress fracture - not sure if they will recommend a x-ray or MRI to fully determine what it is if the anti inflammatories don't work.

And your quote is right on.

Sounds like a great tour of Italy, that is where I want to go next if possible!Nellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11613262056157769496noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6993815500672701308.post-42879449088766789902011-07-12T10:35:28.045-06:002011-07-12T10:35:28.045-06:00It's great that you have access to medical car...It's great that you have access to medical care and that your knee is improving.
