I wanted to make it easier for people who wanted to try BodyRock to find workouts. This page is a work in progress as she has hundreds of workouts, but I do encourage you to try them and feel free to ask me any questions! I don't know if I will ever have all of them listed.  i probably will not list the ones I didn't like or don't have the equipment for. 

A sandbag can be constructed with any duffel bag and I use bags of rice for weight, need it heavier add five pounds, need it lighter just take some out.  Really simple and cheap. I do not have a dip station  either and have found that the backs of two dining room chairs work really well for me.  I do have a pull up bar and a jump rope.  lately she has been using a Ugi ball, which at well over 100 dollars I find out of my budget so i have been modifying or skipping these workouts.

Until recently I was using a free interval timer I found on the internet HERE .  It works great.  I used it for a year before I broke down and bought a Gymboss interval timer.
