The cake that fueled a fabulous 14 mile run.

I am buy doing my civic duty and have been busy with jury duty the last couple of days. It should be over today, and then hopefully I can catch up on some of your blogs.  and get in a run.

My daughter wanted a rainbow cake for her birthday so I fired up the baking skills and made her one.
Here is the finished cake.
The cake with all the layers on waiting for the frosting
and how neat it looks when you cut into it.

It was so good too! No crazy secret recipe,  just two white cake box mixes. I did make the frosting from scratch though.
