This one is right after the gun went off, my head is half cut off, could have been a good picture.
A little fuzzy but my mouth looks funny here
and these two I just look like I was dry heaving, which might very well have been what I was doing
Guess I can't really complain I thought my last race pictures were good ones.
I know it is kind of dying down but there was recently a lot of commotion in the media about the so called pink slime that is lean finely textured beef. I came across a great website about it today HERE if you are interested in the facts.
Also when you have four small kids in the house and you think you smell finger nail polish, trust your nose, investigate sooner than later.
Ha ha...oh the smell of funky aromas in the house with children...yes, definately investigating sooner rather than later is best!ReplyDelete
What happened with the nail polish??ReplyDelete
Your race pictures are a lot better than mine usually turn out (read: mine are disastrous).
haha. i always love looking at race photos...mine and those of others. this past time i had about half just terrible and half that were pretty decent so i guess that was a win;)ReplyDelete
They aren't that bad and you got one good one out of the bunch so that's a win! :)ReplyDelete
Those all look pretty good :) you look like the hardcore speedy runner that you are!ReplyDelete
you've got some guns on you! definitely dig the 3rd photoReplyDelete
Ah, what a cliff hanger at the end with the nail polish! :)ReplyDelete
And wow...you look CUT in those pictures, dry heaving or not!!
Nail polish or Sharpies......we just had an "oppsie" with a sharpie making contact with my sofa. Always follow you nose!ReplyDelete
And your legs are AMAZING!!
I like your pictures. I think you look strong and focussed.ReplyDelete
Thanks for sharing that pink slime link. I couldn't see how that picture that was going around could possibly be beef.
So, nail polish? mmmmm
Those pics are great and your arms look amazing! Thanks for the link about the "pink slime". I did some research when it first came up and found some of the same info, but that link had it all in one place. I have some friends I will passing it on to!ReplyDelete
You looked amazing- your arms are ripped!!!!ReplyDelete
My housemates have a kid, as soon as I smell permanent marker I'm all over it... because it's my house!ReplyDelete
Ummm can you say "Welcome to the gun show?"ReplyDelete
I like your pics! And yes, your arms look great!ReplyDelete
Christy, you look SO freakin' strong!!! (as per usual ;)ReplyDelete
You have better race pictures than I do. :)ReplyDelete
Your arms are ripped! And you looked strong. Even your thighs looked strong! Mine are literally stumps. :)
You look pretty BA in those pics.ReplyDelete
Speedy, fast and strong!
Um, speedy and fast are basically the same.ReplyDelete
I failed English.
I smell finger nail polish,
Gotta go! ;-)
I'm impressed with how many good pics you have- very few of mine ever turn out! And I wanted to say thanks for the beef article- even though we're a mostly vegetarian family, we appreciate good "real" beef occasionally, especially when we can get it right from the farmer/rancher. The pink slime is disturbing- and rather than scare people away from beef, I hope it can fuel the push for higher quality, less processed meat.ReplyDelete
