Boy I need some motivation today. i had heard rain and snow were in the forecast and they were not kidding. I got up to a snow covered world this morning. :( I know it can still snow here until June, but I just really want it to be spring and nice out. and wear skirts running outside. I also feel like I have a cold creeping in. My throat feels dry and scratchy, my lungs feels like they may be trying to get congested and while I have not tried talking yet this morning, pretty sure there is a frog in there waiting to make an appearance.
Do you need some motivation too? Well you can check out all the great race recaps around the bloggy world from this weekend. That always motivates me. or try some of these
I am also motivated by my race performance yesterday :)
Tell me what is motivating you today?
Wow, that's a lot of snow! I would have a hard time getting out to run in that too. We got a dusting of snow last night too, but nothing like that! I hope you feel better:)ReplyDelete
It's glorious weather here, so that's pretty motivating. I totally understand the snow keeping you inside, though. I mean, I am the wussiest runner alive after all.ReplyDelete
That's what our weather looked like yesterday! Snowing sideways- blah. Luckily it was much better today. I am so ready for spring.ReplyDelete
I'm with you - ready for the SUNSHINE! I need it desperately. :-) Drink some hot tea, & I hope you are feeling better.ReplyDelete
I like that t-shirt! I always need some extra motivation to get out the door when the weather is less than favorable. Hopefully your snow doesn't stick around for a long time.ReplyDelete
That girl's abs are pretty darn motivating! Yowza! And her legs!ReplyDelete
We woke up to snow in Utah today too. And yes I agree with the above comment that those girls abs are pretty dang motivating. On to read your race recap. :)ReplyDelete
The skier in me is always motivated by fresh powder snow! :) I even don't mind running in it. But running in rain..... well, that's a different story.ReplyDelete
We don't get much decent snow here so I'd love to wake up to that view! I probably would go for a bit of a hike rather than a run though!ReplyDelete
And as for motivation, I'm not the right person to ask! Maybe I will be that person one day...
i like the running is my sunshine one! i was the same way today...completely frustrated that i was wearing a skirt and tank on saturday and winter gear today. blah.ReplyDelete
You'll find your mojo again! The snow can't beat you!ReplyDelete
We have been having snow too- and this is not snow country!ReplyDelete
My inspiration is a NAP and then I will hit it again later, I hope :)
yikes, that snow is no fun! So sorry :( Hope you don't get sick. My motivation today was proving myself wrong that I can bounce back and be tough no matter what.ReplyDelete
Snow fun! :) I can't imagine running in the snow and I won't run in rain unless I paid for it.ReplyDelete
I hope you aren't getting sick!
My motivation has been that I can actually run pretty much pain free lately. I also have the shamrock shuffle 8k which I plan to PR In God willing. After an extended injury I find I appreciate te little (or big) things in my life- like running a lot more :)
