Friday quickie

I have learned this year that I am capable of much more than I thought I was, so I have decided to expect more out of myself.  I can run faster than I think I can.  I can run farther than I think I can, the only person limiting me is myself .
I am working on my goals for next year and trying to figure out time goals for distances realistic one and super secret ones.

and because I couldn't resist not sharing this with you.
Happy Friday!
Anyone have any racing plans?

  12. So true, especially with running, that the only person we have to fight to get better is ourself. Such a mental sport. New follower.

  14. I've got one definite goal and am thinking about another one. Like you, I'm keeping super-secret at the moment. I want to feel a bit happier and more confident in my running before I tell anyone what I'm up to :)

  19. Those pictures are sooo cute!

I can't wait to hear more about your upcoming running goals. I'm hesitant about full-forming mine until I know a little bit more about how this next year might unfold in terms of work and location.

  27. My final 2011 race plans are a Thanksgiving 5k and Jingle Bell Run 5k if all goes well.

I have my distance goals for 2012. Now to think about time.

  28. I love this first photo- its so true too. I have found recently that too often what we do first is just run, see what happens, and then use that to determine what we're capable of- we forget to push ourselves to truly see what we're capable of and instead just settle with what we know.

race plans for 2012--- can't seem to finalize everything- its a HUGE item on my to do list.
