It is a 16 minute workout that will leave you wiped out when you are done. I am doing this one tomorrow.
You can find the whole post on Bodyrock.tv HERE
I do recommend not doing the ninja jump tucks barefoot, I have rug burned the top of my foot that way.
I am trying to decide if I buck up and get my butt outside where it is COLD and WINDY or do I hop on the elliptical and do that. Hmm. I would really rather run, but not if I am going to FREEZE while I do it. I can take the cold and some wind but this is a really brutal wind today. The swings on the swing set are out there going crazy. Not real encouraging. Ugh
On a high note!
- I have been doing better getting in my fruits and veggies and eating less crap!
- I went over 300 GFC followers yesterday :)
- I have already done my Bodyrock.tv workout for the day. I did the 550 Rep Massacre which is all body weight.
- I didn't do the Hot Chocolate 15k yesterday which sounds like a mess. You can read about that from In the Between , It's a Dog Lick Baby World, and Chocolate is my Life. I imagine Running Ricig and Running on Coffee will have something to say about it later too. Sounds like they all had quite a time!
I'm going to have to check out Bodyrock tv! I workout at home and am always looking for things to mix it up. Plus 16 minutes sound a-ok to me!ReplyDelete
We are getting ready to go to bfast and then go to get our Christmas tree! woo hoo! Hopefully working out later today!
I love BodyRock too. I haven't been that consistent with it. I usually peruse her site to get ideas for my classes. Most of her moves are too much for my clients. They are all beginners. But I am working toward getting them strong enough to do an entire workout. I just ordered a weight bag off Amazon and am excited to try some of those exercises. I agree that it isn't the same without Zusana. I miss the Zusana/Freddy partnership.ReplyDelete
I need to try this workout you posted. I need to run a mile today as well to keep my mile-a-day streak.
I too have been reading the Hot Chocolate 15k reports and reeling in shock!ReplyDelete
Am ridiculously proud of myself for running in the rain today - it was only 3 miles, but I arrived home soaking wet and with a grin on my face :) I think BodyRock is probably a bit hardcore for me at the moment! Maybe I'll build up to it...
I keep meaning to try BodyRock, but don't... I just read about the Hot Chocolate 15 K and wow, what a mess!! I'm not sure what I'm doing after work, but I do have to get a run in to keep the streak alive. Have a great afternoon!ReplyDelete
Nice job on 300 followers! I will have to check out BodyRock. Always looking for a good workout :)ReplyDelete
Oh my god. I haven't watched bodyrock, but that lady is amazing. Wow. If you can follow her and do all that... so are you sistah.ReplyDelete
I love body rock too! She has soo many great workouts. I will try this workout today. Thanks for sharing!ReplyDelete
If Bodyrock is what gave you your arms, I'm so giving it a try! :)ReplyDelete
I REALLY miss Zuzana! I liked Kayla? the other day, though. Sean does a good job...ReplyDelete
BUT...Zuzana is my girl.
I'm going to check out the Bodyrock TV...because I want your muscles :)ReplyDelete
And, I'm the same way...I WANT to run outside, but the cold wind just does me in!! I vote do the elliptical, for today anyway :)
I haven't don't Bodyrock but after seeing that pic of you the other day and your guns, I need to jump on the bandwagon! :) Congrats on 300 followers!ReplyDelete
I've really got to try these workouts! Love the idea that you can do it in a short period of time.ReplyDelete
I have friends who were down at Hot chocolate yesterday and it sounds like a real mess!
That workout looks awesome! My highlight for today is that I cooked. It is a big deal around here. LOL! Hope you have a great week!ReplyDelete
My highlight is another run and starting to feel like I'm no longer recovering and celebrating my son's 15th birthday.ReplyDelete
I'm going to try the workout you shared. I don't mind running in the cold and I don't mind running in the rain. Cold and rainy? It's a challenge getting me out the door!
Thanks for letting us know about bodyrock.tv. I have been wanting to try some at home workouts and just didn't know what to do. Stay warm!!! This artic front we have I'm sure was or is in MT right now. Miserable!!ReplyDelete
I think you, among others, recommended Bodyrock videos to me in my post about at-home workouts. This looks awesome. Can't wait to try it out! Love that it's free, too.ReplyDelete
Oh, and congrats on 300 followers!!!
