Run totals  week 25.2

All in all it was a good week.  I was a little sore from the 13.1 mile long run that was unplanned and I didn't get in one of my runs this week.  I also skipped three P90X3 workouts, but I have to admit I am not very worried about it. I subbed in a Zuzka Light workout because I wanted to get in some good ab work.  I plan to get back on track this week.  It just seemed like a really busy week!

The colors are so pretty right now with the whites, blues, tans and browns of winter.
But I am still feeling like spring would be okay if it showed up.
How was your week?

  1. I had a grand total of ZERO miles! The flu took me down hard, I didn't leave my house for days. Finally went for a short run/walk this morning - it felt great to breathe outside air again!

  2. given we have a nor'easter coming in with possible FEET of snow... I'm ready for spring now! ;)

    Great workout week!

  3. Beautiful picture! We have pretty warm temps forecasted for this week with highs in the 60s.....I might even get to run in shorts! Way to go with those 800s :)

  4. That picture looks so pretty and peaceful. I would love to run there.

  5. That is a beautiful view all right. Have a great week!

  6. It looks so gorgeous! I would struggle to run on the treadmill if those were my views.

I just posted my update but the week was fine. I'm just trying to stay strong through my third trimester and keep moving!

Because I love hearing from you all!
