Wednesday P90X3 Yoga (this wasn't what I was supposed to do today, but I had a long run planned and wanted to keep it easy.
Run 13.1 miles. Only had 11 planned but I misjudged my loop. Felt good though
Thursday P90X3 the Challenge workout
Friday Zuzka Light 6 pack abs
Saturday 8.2 miles with intervals. 800s x8 and I ran them all strong! YAY
Run totals week 25.2
All in all it was a good week. I was a little sore from the 13.1 mile long run that was unplanned and I didn't get in one of my runs this week. I also skipped three P90X3 workouts, but I have to admit I am not very worried about it. I subbed in a Zuzka Light workout because I wanted to get in some good ab work. I plan to get back on track this week. It just seemed like a really busy week!
The colors are so pretty right now with the whites, blues, tans and browns of winter.
But I am still feeling like spring would be okay if it showed up.
