Three Things Thursday

1. I recently, okay Feb 25th, made a purchase from a company.  Yesterday I decided it had been awhile so I looked up the shipping info and luckily it had shipment tracking.  March 1st it was 20 miles away and then on the 4th the post office decided to send it to Butte, Montana which is like 300 miles away. How does that make sense?  Yep, it doesn't. I checked again this morning and it's back to 20 miles away.  Hopefully that means my new underwear are done traveling and I can have them today or tomorrow.  Annoying.

2. Yesterday was Ash Wednesday and I had to go into work just for the morning as an extra person so when I got off work close to noon I decided to head to the noon mass.  I underestimated how many other people had the same thought and had a hard time finding parking.  I finally found a spot, dug through my purse and found some coins for the parking meter and hot footed it to church.  When I got to the church I discovered I still had the coins for the parking meter in my hand.  Happily, since it was the noon hour I am guessing the parking meter person was at lunch and I didn't get a ticket.. yay.

3.  I did also get in a good run when I got home.  It was 40 some degrees out but with a really chilly breeze so I did wear capris and a light jacket.  I have to admit I was really happy with my time.  I did the first three miles with about a 9 min/mile average and decided to speed it up on the way home.  My last mile was 7:48 and it felt so good.

Cola was pretty happy with the run too.
Have a great day!

  1. Not getting a parking ticket is a serious miracle. That's awesome. Tracking packages can quickly become an obsession for me.

  3. Bungee finally got a run outside yesterday, too. She was SO happy and then ran laps around the house when we got back since I only took her for 3 miles.

  4. Cola is so darn cute. I can't wait to run with Tori when she's ready. And I think you gave new meaning to sisterhood of the traveling pants!

  5. Agh! I just found out last night that I got a parking ticket when we were in Paris and I left my car parked in front of my friend's house. The kicker is that she just found the ticket in her mailbox LAST NIGHT, like it had blown off my car two weeks ago and someone found it. So bizarre...and so expensive :)

  8. I for sure would have gotten a ticket.

You have the most bizarre mail issues! (Related: I placed an order a week ago. Monday, I got a shipment notification. Tracked this morning and it hasn't moved at all).

  10. I had a package once coming from WA. It went all the way to GA then to ID. I think that was USPS making sure I had a package that got to sightsee its way around to country.

  12. I will be selfish and wicked if I don’t share this wonderful life changing testimony to people that I love and to those having similar problem.

My name is Alice Alfie from London, United Kingdom. 20th of February about 8:10pm after our dinner my husband mistakenly called me another familiar lady’s name which resulted to much arguments and fight, I was so mad and cried like a baby. He then left home immediately to meet with her after telling me the truth and never returned home that night and the next day. I immediately went to my friend when I noticed that it’s a spiritual case, she then introduced me to Dr. Dele Spiritual Temple who got some information from me and told me the reason why he never came back home. He then cast the love spell and told me that my husband will come back home within two days. Surprisingly, my husband came back home and apologized for cheating on me and thanked me for my effort to set him free from bondage.

We are now happy and thankful to Dr. Dele for how he treated our case, that’s why everybody has to know about him through this email: dr.delespiritualtemple@gmail.com
