Three point Two Things Thursday

1. Cola and I had a great run yesterday. Perfect winter day in between the storms.  We are supposed to get another 7-8 inches this weekend.  Ugh!   I decided to do a few hill repeats for the first time in forever and they felt great.  Although they kicked my butt, I admit I only did 4 :)

I then ran some easy miles before finishing with two miles of telephone pole repeats and a mile pushing at a hard pace, for a total of 8 miles.
2. I did pre-run and post-run yoga that I found on you tube.  Felt good to get in a good warm up before hand and a good stretch after.   This is possibly one of my favorite stretches.  Feels so good in the hips!

I just got these great Tommie Copper tights in the mail three days ago and have been living in them ever since. Love the chocolate brown color, a fun change from black all the time.

3.1 I have been looking for my black Swirlgear jacket for about two months now.  I was to the point where I thought maybe I had left it out on the road during a run when I got too hot and had lost it forever.  Found it today.  In the coat closet under another coat.  YAY!   So I have been wearing it while I blog.
yep, still have my hat on from running too.
3.2  Cocogo was super awesome and sent me sample packs for everyone at work who is doing the Shape Up Montana challenge.    AWESOME! I also think grape is my favorite flavor now.
You can get 40% off Cocogo purchases if you use the code CHRISTYRUNS if you are interested in trying some out. No artificial anything = awesome.

  1. This is my favorite yoga pose so far too because I can actually do it, but also it really "opens" my hips as they stretch... if that makes sense. :)

  2. I love your SUNNY skies, but I don't envy that snow! Great running, lady!!
Glad you found that favorite jacket. I have pulled the same stunt before. So silly, but it's like the return of the prodigal son when I finally find whatever I misplaced. JOY!
Great yoga stretch. Heading off to do that before bed tonight!

  3. That's the stretch I have to do because one of my legs is significantly tighter than the other one. Thanks pregnancy. It really is great, though.

  4. 1. Great job on the hill repeats. 2. Just looking at that yoga pose is painful.

  5. I love that you do hill and telephone pole repeats! You are great at using what you have. Sometimes when it's cold I get lazy and go do hill repeats/intervals on the treadmill... but it's never as satisfying as going outside!

  8. Beautiful pictures from your run! I have been looking at the Tommie Copper leggings...they have a navy too and I thought it was cool since everything I have is black. I am not so good with the Yoga, I guess I am coordination challenged lol Your insta grams were scrolling and I saw your ripped arms...awesome job. That kettle ball is working!

  9. I will be selfish and wicked if I don’t share this wonderful life changing testimony to people that I love and to those having similar problem.

My name is Alice Alfie from London, United Kingdom. 20th of February about 8:10pm after our dinner my husband mistakenly called me another familiar lady’s name which resulted to much arguments and fight, I was so mad and cried like a baby. He then left home immediately to meet with her after telling me the truth and never returned home that night and the next day. I immediately went to my friend when I noticed that it’s a spiritual case, she then introduced me to Dr. Dele Spiritual Temple who got some information from me and told me the reason why he never came back home. He then cast the love spell and told me that my husband will come back home within two days. Surprisingly, my husband came back home and apologized for cheating on me and thanked me for my effort to set him free from bondage.

We are now happy and thankful to Dr. Dele for how he treated our case, that’s why everybody has to know about him through this email: dr.delespiritualtemple@gmail.com
